I represented the buyer of the property at 3245 Pickle Rd. This $5.5 million acquisition not only added to my client’s portfolio’s diversity, but also provided additional stability through a long term, NNN lease structure with a credit tenant

I use a personal, yet aggressive, marketing approach that includes on-the-ground canvassing, online and print marketing, and deep market knowledge fueled by our extensive resources. I’ve experienced all of these challenges, making it easy for me to treat every owner's property as my own.
Long Term Success:
I handled inside leasing and asset management for the Property Advisor Group’s Rockside portfolio at High Point Corporate Park, Southport Center, and Rockside Business Point. This Rockside Road portfolio consists of approximately 400,000 square feet of flex space.

Throughout my career, I’ve overseen the development of a number of commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio. This includes evaluating the site potential, conducting detailed financial modeling, analyzing entitlement pathways, and coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams to align on project goals and market realities—all with the goal of boosting your returns.
A Career Highlight:
I led the development of The Park in Cleveland's Tremont Neighborhood, including site selection, underwriting, design input, entitlement, and financing. This 107 unit apartment project was a $29 million investment that resulted in a $35 million valuation.
