Hi, I’m Brad.

I’ve worked in commercial real estate since 2012, but I’ve been a Clevelander my whole life. My pride and passion for this city has fueled my successful career, helping to develop and improve commercial properties across Northeast Ohio. As I expand my business to industrial leasing and investment sales, I bring a unique perspective, specifically that of a developer and fellow owner with over $150 million in completed projects.
